Payments
Payments are made via PayPal. This allows you as a consumer to use all major debit/credit cards excluding American Express. Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be forwarded to the PayPal payment secure payment system. We don’t keep your card or payment details on file.
PayPal payments in the UK are covered by stringent buyer and seller protection. Please read more at www.paypal.com
Alternatively you may send a cheque, unfortunately we cannot accept Postal Orders.Please note any orders to be paid by cheque will not be processed until such time as the cheque has cleared.
Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
Orders are usually shipped via Parcelforce 48 and will arrive within 48 hours (working days) after you have received your shipment notification, on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

IMPORTANT
Please be advised that if items are not in stock or for any other reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be advised immediately and offered a refund in part or whole. We do not pack and despatch during weekends or Bank Holidays, and any orders placed during these times will be processed the next working day.

All our products are sold in good faith, and on the basis that you are responsible for their use. We take no responsibility for missing author credits, errors or ommissions or any comments within the products for sale upon this website.
We respect your privacy, and by creating an online shop account at Sabrina Oak Doors you can be assured that your details are kept safe and secure. Your phone number is optional, but may help if we need to contact you about your order.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot sell to anyone under the age of 16. Your date of birth is therefore required as your own declaration of age.
Refunds and returns
Sabrina Oak Doors will replace faulty products if returned within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to offer refunds.
Cancellations or returns should be requested via our contact page. Please be aware that returned items may be liable to a 20% re-stocking charge made at the Company’s discretion.
Please note that you will receive notification of confirmation of order, packing and shipping. When your order has reached packing stage, we will ship the order that day. At this point, your order cannot be cancelled, as it is likely it will have by that time been shipped.
Returns of any items will be on an exchange basis only, we do not offer cash refunds for items returned. You are therefore advised to check suitability of an item before purchasing.

Shopping online
When you have placed and confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your credit or debit card account immediately.
In the event of non-availability of product, or immediate cancellation (within 24 hours of purchase) we will issue a credit within 3 days. Please note that due to PayPal handling fees, your credit will be subject to an admin fee, and it is therefore strongly advised that you read and understand all the terms of business.
Security
We do not retain your card details on our database. Our payment provider, PayPal, offer a completely secure and protected service for your payment transaction. Sabrina Oak Doors use PayPal as as preferred payments processing gateway based on the trust, safety and speed of their service. Should you experience any problems or have questions about payments, please contact us.
Privacy
We respect our customers’ privacy, and will not share your details with any other organization. From time to time we may contact you with information on new products and special offers. If you wish to be excluded from this, please indicate this on your order.
Safety
Our products carry explicit health warnings where appropriate. Once purchased, our items are expected to be used for their intended purpose only, and as such, we hold no responsibility for their use. When used according to instruction, all products are safe. In accordance with the appropriate laws, safety information and label marking is in effect on all of our products.
Guarantee
As the circumstances in which our products are used are not within our control, our liability is limited to the replacement value of product supplied. If you have cause for complaint, please notify us within 14 days of your order. At our discretion, we will replace or refund any products deemed to be defective. However, we do not offer refunds or returns and under no circumstance will we take responsibility for goods which are damaged due to misuse. This guarantee is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers.
